All members must be current on TB testing, criminal background and National sex offender before hired. All team members would have demonstrated the qualifications needed to work in the facility. 

Yes!!! Meals are included while attending the facility but parents can still send breakfast, snack and lunch with their child. However if child prefers our meals instead parents will be notified.

Currently due to staff we have mix groups but as we expand. Groups will be divided and a designated care team will be appointed.

No, the child does not have to be fully potty trained but need to be already in the process of knowing or have an idea of how to go to the bathroom. All parents will be required to provide two outfit pairs.  We will support as much as we can in your child's journey.

Parents will be responsible for suppling pamper, wipes, any creams they use and having a extra change of clothing.

When any child is in our care, we enforce a strict policy that parent are not allowed to pop-up with out calling first or making staff aware. The reason this policy exist because it disrupts the flow of our center. We do not allow parents to visit during nap time, meal time and 15 minutes before meal and nap time.

Parents please be advised their will be a late charge posted on your account after your schedule pick up time. Early pick up are acceptable without penalty as long as you call ahead of time. Please give staff between 10 to 15 minutes in advance.

Parents will be immediately notified of any exposure to sickness and/or injury. these types of incidents happen all the time due to kids having weak immune systems or playing too rough. In the event of injury, the child will be assessed and evaluated. After, the child's parent will be called, a report will be filed and all parties notified. We try our best to be visual at all times. If a child, has an active cold or cold like symptoms parents will be required to provide documentation from the physician to clear the child to return.

Staff are required to show compassion and find out exactly what the child is trying to communicate. Children who are out of control on a constant basis and causing a disturbance to the center that's unacceptable will be ask to leave the premises. 

Staff are required to complete reporting on each child before leaving for the day. this includes behavior, how much he/she ate?, how long did the child nap for?, overall activity for the day. If the staff, notices anything out of the normal it will be reported and submitted. Staff may not have time to give each parent a full report on their child. One week reports will reach each parent by the end of the following week.
